Entire says it is 89 times faster than GitHub

Entire, the start-up of former GitHub chief Thomas Dohmke, launched a code host for AI agents on the 26th of October 2026. It says its system takes 418 code uploads a second, about 89 times GitHub's figure in its test.

Entire's code host for AI agents

Entire, the start-up of former GitHub chief Thomas Dohmke, launched a code host built for AI agents on the 26th of October 2026. A code host is where programmers store and share their code.

Entire says its system takes 418 code uploads a second in its own test. GitHub took 4.7 in the same test, Entire said.

What Entire launched

The main feature is Trails, which tracks the work an AI coding agent does. Each Trail runs checks for security, sloppy code and whether a person needs to review it, Entire said.

Trails works with Claude Code and Codex, two popular coding agents.

Where it runs

Entire runs in the US, the European Union, Australia and India. A tool called entire-graph cuts the amount of text agents must read by up to 71 percent, the company said.

Below we break down the test

Code uploads per second in Entire's test: Entire four hundred and eighteen, Cursor sixty five, Pierre fifteen, GitLab ten, GitHub four point sevenCode uploads per second in Entire's test: Entire four hundred and eighteen, Cursor sixty five, Pierre fifteen, GitLab ten, GitHub four point seven

Entire's figure is about 89 times GitHub's, by our arithmetic. It is about 6 times the next fastest, Cursor, at 65 uploads a second.

What is confirmed and what is not

All speed figures come from Entire's own test. No outside group has repeated it, and Entire gave no price.
