• Hermes Agent maker Nous Research raises $90M

  Nous Research said on its website on the 7th of October 2026 that it raised 90 million dollars. The money will build a business version of its free, open-source Hermes Agent.

• Jev maker TypeSafe AI raises $870M at $7.5B

  TypeSafe AI said on its blog on the 9th of October that Andreessen Horowitz led the round. Its model Jev answers only with yes or no, a pick or a score, for 0.042 dollars per million input tokens.
